WORST SMOG PLACE IN SAN DIEGO! DO NOT GO THERE! They fail people just to have a retest done and charge you full amount to be failed and almost throw the papers at you. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! people are rude, my 85 year old dad was failed and car was in perfect conditions had it passed next door with no problem.

Miguel and his colleague were very friendly and knowledge. They do quality jobs and excellent customer service. They even gave a ride and picked me up when servicing my car! Strongly recommend and I definitely will come back for future service.

I ordered this item by mistake on a Sunday on eBay As soon as I realized my error I sent them a request to cancel the same day and also the next day. They had not shipped the item at that time. They either did not see my request to cancel or ignored it, I do not know. But they were quick to ship the item anyway. I guess that could be a positive thing. When I received notice of the item shipped, I started a return and returned the item the day after receiving it When they received it they issued a refund but charged me a restocking fee. There was nothing in the listing about a restocking fee. Only that 30 returns, Buyer pays shipping. That turned out to be untrue. Guess they never learned that lying is by omission as well as commission. Caveat emptor

The man at the window. (Manager) Was very arrogant and rude. Asked some questions about a smog and he just ignored me. Also just an FYI. He also charges more money for a star smog then a regular smog. 78.00 rip off!! There are other smog stations in the area I recommend going to them.
