Not one to leave reviews but everyone here was amazing. I genuinely believe this is probably the best customer service I have had. Tony was really kind and patient with me and my husband throughout a couple days of working on figuring out our financials and answered all of our questions very quickly. I got out of work late and ended up getting there around 5pm on a Saturday when they closed at 4pm. Not only were they reassuring me the entire time that it was ok and they didn’t mind waiting, as soon as I got there, everything was ready for me and all I had to do was sign some paperwork. Super great people there, all of them were conversing with my husband and I and Isaiah and Tony were super helpful and amazing people. Frist of all we love our Highland AKA Red Force 3 as our granddaughter has named it. Bakers was great to work with. Isaac answered my calls or returned them during the 2 months of me being not so patient for it to come in. Garrett who delivered it was great answering all my questions. It arrived before Christmas which was great. Thank you all. The Moore family is having a very Merry Christmas!

I had a great experience buying my Triumph from Baker American Cycles. I drove all the way from Durham and it was 100% worth it. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Huge shoutout to Tyler, who took me out on the test ride and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I worked with Tyler to get my brand new beautiful Polaris. He and all of the staff were very attentive and friendly. I have no complaints at all and only wonderful reviews for every step of the way. If and when I ever want an additional ATV, that would be the first and probably only place I would consider working with. In fact Tyler met me at the door, even though I was 20 minutes late, very forgiving, walked around with me to introduce everyone and followed up with me after the fact. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I always have a great time when I arrive at the store. I would like to give a shout to Isaiah (my sales rep) that helped with my latest irresponsible purchase. He's doing great. Honestly, everyone from the individuals at reception to the personnel in the service department are great. The staff demonstrate the utmost professionalism, are very helpful, patient, and are extremely courteous. The process from browsing to test rides to purchase are without fail very smooth and satisfying. This is definitely one of my favorite Powersports Dealers in NC.
