I had a new engine installed in a 2017 Silverado. Everything was done for the price I was quoted and in the time frame that was estimated. Everything was done professionally and very cordial. The truck runs just like it did when it was new. I am very happy with the experience I had at Baker Auto Repair. The price was reasonable and actually very good because they buy a motor they can stand behind and mechanics that they know and trust. So you get what you pay for.

Has provided service to my car several times. Completed diagnostic on my car. Took 130$ from me and refused to fix what was wrong with my car. I feel as a woman I was brushed off. Customer service was dry and unhelpful. I've spent thousands of dollars at this shop previously so to be turned away with no other options to complete changing the spark plugs. I won't return or recommend any one in the future.

Brought car in to diagnose a possible electrical issue. After a couple of days they were unable to find the intermittent issue, so we picked up the vehicle and made it several blocks and the issue occurred again. We returned with the latest information and they immediately took the car back for more testing. Always have had respectable service and good communication. I have used them many times.

Chase and the rest of the staff did an excellent job and handling the repair work on my vehicle! I was anxious because I've never had to leave my car anywhere before but they updated me every step of the way! They were even kind enough to give me a ride within the vicinity so I could make it there safely. I would highly recommend this place. Pretty cheap price too, compared to other shops.
