I have to agree! I also am a woman and never once have I felt degraded or talked down to by the owner or anyone of the guys that worked there. Any questions that I have asked have always been answered professionally and in detail. I have taken multiple vehicles to this establishment and they have always been very knowledgeable and thorough with my vehicles....even when no other garages knew how to work on my old Volkswagen, they did. I would highly recommend this mechanic to anyone...and I have referred tons of people to them. And just my observation, but every time I have gone there or just drove past, that parking lot is ALWAYS full! So obviously they are doing something right!

The owner lacks customer service, very rude and degrading to women. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I don't know anything about cars! I wouldn't let this man work on my car even if it was the last mechanic on earth.

I'm also a woman and the last commenter has no idea what she's talking about. The owner is very kind and is quite knowledgeable in his work.

One of the best shops around! Always fixed right the first time.
