Three stars because I'm hoping I was a fluke. I had a motor replaced. One week later, the radiator hose came off had to pull over on the hwy, call a friend to bring me water. I also tightened all of the connections on the radiator hose. After two weeks the transmission wouldn't get out of 3rd gear. Three weeks later the power steering pump went out. When I would put the vehicle in park, the doors stayed locked. I eventually traded the truck with a friend. As he was replacing the transmission, he told me the work completed on installing the engine was done very poorly. He described it as "installed" as quickly as possible. Dana went above and beyond to help two women and a young child that have one car. He identified a situation that was not previously identified by the BMW dealership. He assisted them in getting their car repaired and back in a timely fashion at a extremely reasonable price!

Recently started hearing an unusual, intermittent repetitive clunk from the back of my 2005 4Runner. The tires checked out okay. Fearing it would be something serious in the rear end like wheel bearings, differential or axle damage, I started phoning around to ask for help from mechanics here and even in Paducah without much luck. So glad when Larry answered, even though he was out of town seeing after a client. As soon as he returned, he promptly evaluated it. Even though 2 test drives didn’t reproduce the noise, Larry’s experience and knowledge figured out the problem like a real Professor!!! Thanks to him and his guys, it was repaired in two days. We drove from Central Arkansas to meet up with some friendsm to take our grandchildren the rest of the way home to Indiana. As we were preparing to leave and make our return trip home, we discovered an issue.. Even though it was mid afternoon on a Saturday, Mr Baker answered his phone and said he would be happy to come take a look. He and his guy fixed our radiator issue, weas very kind, and we feel he even undercharged us. He got us back up and running so we could make our 5 hour trip home. I highly recommend him and his garage!
