Balboa Express Car Wash

Best car wash in town! I brought my very dirty truck in, and it came out spotless, even in the hard-to-reach spots like the rear spoiler and wheel wells. Jonathan an amazing scrubbed the front end to get all the bugs off before I even went into the tunnel. The free vacuums have incredible suction, and I love that they have towels available to wipe down the dash. Definitely worth the price. After the wash I still had questions about their packages and Jonathan was very professional and sweet to help me out.

I appreciate the great customer service everyone mentions, this facility honestly doesn't earn a 5-star rating. I paid $25 ($21 for the luxury wash + a $4 add-on) and received nothing but the wash itself. There are no basic amenities like tire shine, Windex, air fresheners, or microfiber cloths for members to use. For a 'luxury' price point, the lack of standard perks is disappointing. There are much better values in the area.

Jose and Jonathan are incredibly welcoming and kind, and they really make you feel valued as a customer. You can tell they care about the quality of their work and about the people who come in.
