Bald Hill Automotive

On 11/11/25 midnight, my cube van truck break down in the middle of highway with a simple issue. We tried many towing companies and finally by God's grace, got a hold of Bald Hill Automotive. They only asked the few right questions, sent towing truck in 30 minutes, I told them to tow to their shop. Their mechanics came in the morning and fixed the issue right away and helped my driver to not suffer more in the bad cold weather.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pat at Bald Hill Automotive was great to work with. He got my truck right in and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The service was solid and professional, and I really appreciated how straightforward everything was. I’ll definitely be using them again the next chance I get. Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way.

Plowed my driveway. Winched my truck out of my driveway. Flat tire from broken valve stem. Tow back to garage. Fixed tire. Very reasonable price! They also fixed some loose plastic trim for free. Very happy with the service and free coffee while I waited. Thank you Dave, Pat & Sandi!!! Will be back!

I cannot express how grateful I am for how much Bald Hill helped me yesterday! The brakes in my BMW went out and I was freaking out! I have had horrible experiences with towing companies in the past with taking an extremely long time, damaging my vehicles, or having crazy hidden fees. Bald Hill was ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! They came an hour away to come out and tow my car another hour away! Everything was so smooth, and their communication was great! I was so worried about my car, and they kept reassuring me along the way! Thank you guys so much for your help and helping me get out of a really bad situation yesterday! :)

Had a busted flat, was assigned Bald Hill for roadside assistance. When I was contacted, the technician clearly had an attitude about having to do his job. When he arrived on the scene he refused to put on my spare due to rust per "company policy". He then refused to tow my vehicle even though he was driving a tow truck, because I didn't "call it in" and that I shouldn't call it in because its "Super Bowl Sunday". Zero stars, no help, terrible service.
