I purchased a vehicle from Balic Autos and immediately experienced multiple issues. The dealership voluntarily offered to perform repairs, and I cooperated fully and gave them every opportunity to fix the problems, but the work was incomplete, ineffective, and misrepresented. I was also denied any written documentation of the repairs, which violates their legal obligations under Maryland law. DO NOT BUY I recently bought a 2015 Audi Q3 from Balic Auto Inc., and this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I paid $10,000 in cash, and less than 24 hours after purchasing, the check engine and oil lights came on. The next morning, I took the car back, and their own mechanic told me to shut it off immediately because it was making noise — the engine had completely failed. The owner told me I’d have to wait until he figures out what’s wrong and refused to give me a refund. He only offered for me to pick another car from his lot, which I don’t want after what happened. I would strongly warn anyone considering Balic Auto Inc.. This dealership is completely unprofessional and sneaky. They sell cars that are in poor condition and clearly not as advertised, yet they act as if their only goal is to fatten their pockets rather than make customers happy. After buying a car from them, I immediately ran into serious mechanical problems. When I returned to address the issue, the staff and owner were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. They pressured me to pick another car from their lot instead of providing a refund or resolving the situation fairly. The manager at Balic Auto Inc. is the only helpful person there, but unfortunately, the owner makes the experience unsafe and unprofessional. He openly flashes a gun on his hip and acts arrogant, giving the impression that his gun and attitude make him untouchable. Meanwhile, he pressures customers, sells cars that are in poor condition, and refuses to take responsibility when things go wrong. This dealership is unsafe and untrustworthy. I liked the selection of vehicles and the condition of the vehicles, so I brought my daughter to check them out. We visited about 7 other sources before finding Balic. We ran car fax reports on the vehicles we were interested in and test drive a few before deciding on a 2009 Jetta. We also researched repair reports. The Maryland state inspection said it needed new tires so we got all michelin tires! The car was clean inside and out. The entire process took about a week since our deposit was a personal check and we had to wait for that to clear . That gave me time to research extended warranty options and get insurance set up and my daughter's name .
