Balise Used Cars

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. The manager overseeing the service department was disrespectful during my visit. I experienced a flat tire only four days after purchasing the vehicle on Monday and returned by Friday for a replacement, which is extremely concerning. I was informed that I would be responsible for the cost, despite the short time frame since purchase. I believe the dealership should reasonably be liable for issues occurring within at least the first week after the sale. I was made to feel dismissed and disrespected and was ultimately told to leave. The service department should seriously address its approach to customer service and professionalism.

Had a very nice experience dealing with Balise Used Cars. Tam, the salesman I worked with, was very helpful, polite and respectful, as was Christian the Used Car Director. Together were able to work together to negotiate an equitable deal. Would definitely not have a problem doing business there again in the future.

This was my first time buying a car, and this dealership completely ruined the experience for me. They showed me what looked like a clean Carfax report — no accidents, clean title, everything looked great. They priced the car like it was clean, and I trusted them. Big mistake. Six months later, I took the car in for an appraisal and found out the truth: the car had been in a major accident, and the title is not clean. The Carfax they gave me was fake. My wife was able to get a used car here. The staff did a wonderful job, showing her the car, and getting it ready for her to pick up when she decided to buy it.
