Ball Street Auto Service Center

In November 2025 I took my BMW 2016 X1 to get shocks and strauts done front and back. Come to find out when I took my car to Midas for an oil change on 2/27/26 the back shocks and strauts were never done.

We had great experience for getting our car checked for engine light. Alex is an experienced person. They fixed the issue and we were able to pass the inspection. Highly recommended for professional services and overall quality.

Terrible service. Had a sign in the front that had a price & he tried to over charge me after saying with his own mouth the same price on the sign. Very rude & nasty. Don’t come here, take your money some where else where the job will get done properly! You will regret it. Very unprofessional. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If it is an old sign make sure to remove it instead of leaving it there for everyone to see on the front window. A/C service clearly states $120. Didn’t even perform the service good, but still paid him because they are money hungry. I asked him to tell me what the issue in the car was, He told me it was a compressor issue resulting in a LEAK. Why would you lie & do an ac service knowing it would not even last. Money hungry. A good mechanic shop would inform you what the issue

Very DISGUSTED by the service… Alex took cords connect to my starter/engine … pulled them out and tuck them behind another part to milk MONEY OUT OF ME ! …. I like continuing business NOT MONEY HUNGRY & ONE TIME SERVICE ….. VERY DISAPPOINTED your LACK OF INTEGRITY cost me a AN UNNECESSARY $600-$900 … YOU ARE MONEY HUNGRY… -_- fix that

Bad business. Everyday I look at my glass they broke, I’m disappointed. Overpriced for bad work, is crazy. If you go there take pictures of your car before and after because, They will lie to your face.
