Mr Ballard is an honest business owner and the mechanics do EXCELLENT work. I have been to him several times with all the cars myself and my children drive and each time have been treated with respect. Always fair prices and each time has done the work under estimate. I love this place. Oh, and they are black owned and operated! Can I give them 8 stars???
Sung and crew are what is missing when dealing with dealerships and national chains. While trying to figure out what was really wrong with my car, they took the time to try/suggest multiple alternatives before recommending full service. Ultimately, I needed the repair, and they were able to knock it out and get me back on the road for a decent price.
