Daryl and his team were great! His team was patient and did a thorough job of explaining all the functions of the camper. They helped me set it up and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I took the camper home. Everyone was friendly and Daryl worked with me personally leading up to the sale answering all my questions and making sure I felt good about the purchase. The price was the best around and customer service was excellent!! It was worth the 4 hr. drive to purchase my camper from Ballard's Camping Center.

By far the best buying experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I drove 3 hours to just look at a camper they had that we like. The staff is wonderful, no high pressure sales, friendly & knowledgeable. The owner Daryl is a stand up guy, old school business owner & great to deal with. So if you are reading these reviews like I did before going to his RV center & wondering if all the good ratings are legit, they are.

What can I say? EXCELLENT, ECELLENT service. I would give Ballard's 10 stars if I could. From Daryl to his staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. The buying experience was truly amazing. Daryl made us feel very comfortable. No sitting down at a table for hours on end. Not pushy at all. You can tell he really cares. We purchased a 2021 travel trailer even though it was used replaced some things that were dinged up on it. Daryl, you have a wonderful business and amazing people working for you. Thank you.

Great customer service all around from Daryl, Tom, and Adam and the woman over the phone whose name escapes me. Great deal, thorough walk through, personable, and not pushy! Although a new purchase, I was recommended here due their follow through on customer service calls in the future if needed.

We bought our new camper from Ballard’s at the RV show. Darryl made the whole process easy and enjoyable. From our pre-delivery inspection to delivering our rig to the campground, we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
