Very nice place to to business with. Everyone is concerned for your safety and comfort. I had the rear brakes and rotors replaced along with a state inspection done. I was in an out in under a hour and a half at less than half the cost I was quoted from two other businesses in my area. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy. I will be returning soonest to get additional needed repairs done. Great place!

Ballenger’s Service Center truly deserves every one of these stars. I walked in expecting the usual runaround you get at most car places, especially as a woman who doesn’t always know the technical stuff. Instead, they were completely honest, straightforward, and didn’t try to take advantage of me at all. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car, showed me exactly what they were seeing, and never once tried to upsell me or scare me into unnecessary work. It’s rare to find a shop that actually puts integrity first, but these guys absolutely do. I left feeling informed, respected, and genuinely taken care of. I will 100% be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know. If you want a place that treats you fairly and does honest work, this is it.

I'm new in Winchester and needed an inspection on my truck. I chose Ballengers Service center based on their reviews. Turns out I had an issue with my brakes I was unaware of. They were very reasonable, courteous, and quick to get my brakes fixed and the truck inspected. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.
