Ballentine Body Shop

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I took my son's vehicle in to get an estimate for a small dent on his driver's side door (the 1st photo). The estimate was $1700. I scheduled an appointment with them to have it repaired. A day later the insurance company notified me that the vehicle was a total loss. Ballentine Body Shop tore my son's vehicle up (the last 4 photos). If I could give them a minus 0 rating, I definitely would, but I have to leave at least 1 star to post this review. I will NEVER trust Ballentine Body Shop again!!!

Absolutely the best staff and service I've ever encountered. Everyone treats you as if you're the only customer they have, and they go out of their way to assure your satisfaction. Their workmanship is beyond compare, and their overall goal is to make sure you are satisfied. Highly recommend!

Took two months to get my Jeep work done. The service was good at front desk. The paint work and body is good.

I have to say that this is the best place for any body work for your vehicle. I’ve been to all of them in Greenwood, but the standard here is much more higher and professional. And you will never find anyone who works as hard and cares as much the Alain, the shop manager. And he trains his staff to be just as passionate. Wish I could give this group 10 stars.
