Mark is a magic worker ! Mom's car sat out in the elements for a few years we all know what that can do to a car. It was sticky and smelly . Mark got her back to her beautiful self ! Mom couldn't be happier ! Highly recommend Mark for any of your car washing / detailing needs . We'll definitely be using him again .

Mark has done really comprehensive restorative work on the interior and exterior of our well worn ‘04 two door Mercedes. He has also detailed my family’s ‘21 Chevy 3500HD High Country. Both vehicles (but especially the truck) see higher than average annual mileage, a ton of towing miles, and half the year in the desert. Their black paint just really takes a beating in those conditions. I found the cost for Mark’s work to be very reasonable, especially given the results he produces. The attention to detail is impossible to miss. Mark is an old school gentleman who clearly has multiple decades of experience and skill. Both vehicles look outstanding, and we will definitely be relying on Ballistic Auto Detailing to maintain them going forward.
