Convenient, great price, communicative, friendly, fast. I've used Baltimore Body Shop several times so far for both major and minor work. They've shown to be accessible during inconvenient hours. The pricing for their services from simple tire plugs to post accident detailed body work was fair. Lines of communication were varied and frequently used for updates, questions, and check-ins. The customer service was informative, inviting, and friendly without trying to up sell (met exact needs every visit). Scheduling was fantastic. I scheduled an appointment for the next day 10am for a tire issue, but my issue became immediate that evening. I was able to drop my car off that evening instead of the next day as scheduled. The next, morning rolled around, and they had it repaired before the 10am

Best place for a quick oil change. Need a tire plugged! I needed 2 done! They got me in and done within the hour. No mark up or anything! Love this family owned place opened 20+ years ago! The best in Baltimore

My experience here was a complete nightmare. After a minor accident, they tried to inflate the repair cost to my insurance, almost totaling my car. The repairs took over a month. When I finally got it back, the trunk wouldn't close unless I slammed it shut. I brought it back, waited another 5 days for "parts," and spent 24 hours in the shop for them to "fix" it. The problem is exactly the same. The work is shockingly poor, the delays are unacceptable, and their fixes don't work. I had to pick up my car in the same broken state because I need it for work. Save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable shop. I will never use them again.

Did a Great Job on my rear bumper! Competitive pricing. And they let you know before hand what the cost estimate is. They even Washed my car! It looks Great! Although, I did tell them that I hope to NEVER see them Again! Nice people. Took my car in again. A few years after my first time. It's close to my house. And more reasonably priced than the dealer. I want to Especially Thank Tia. Such a Sweetie. I had not realized how Addicted I was to my car. When she told me it would be a little longer than I'd thought, I kind of Freaked Out a little. Tia was So Good. Took it all in stride and kept me up to date. Such a SweetHeart.

This family owned business is one of the best in Baltimore! Service and quality are the hallmarks! They did a perfect job fixing up my car after someone backed into me. Will use again if I need more body work! Easy to get to from i83 which is nice too!
