Bankhead Emissions

I work for a car lot down the street and we bring all our vehicles here. I'm the main person in charge of getting the vehicles tester and I choose this emissions inspection station simply because of the amazing customer service that I've always received. Bringing multiple vehicles a week never encountered a problem. The employee Raymond is top notch goes above and beyond to have the experience be as quick and painless as possible. Super fast and efficient and this is coming from somebody who has been commission certified in the past and he never let a angry customer or a long line effect how he does his job. He is the reason we choose this facility

I pulled up and waited on the vehicle before me to finish. Once it finished and drove off, the employee was nowhere to be found. I waited with my window down since there was a sign stating to what for employee to guide you in. I heard a few "yo's" but never saw anyone. Finally an employee stepped out of a room out of view and rudely motioned for me to drive in, like it was an inconvenience he had to come out of his little room and direct me into the correct spot, even though the sign said to wait. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Cool place to visit if going on a Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday. This guy is so nice, and no, he's not pulling any ropes he's just doing an excellent job.

I am so happy to have found this place on my way home from work. It was $18 and extremely fast...I was in and out of there in between 5 and 10 minutes. Raymond T. Stowe Jr. did the test and he was so nice and courteous - he told me what he was going to do before he did it - such as opening the door and reaching in to plug in/unplug the machine to/from my car, etc. He was so fast, but also personable, which seemed to make the time go by even more quickly. I really appreciated the excellent service at a good price and hope to return every year from now on. THANK YOU!!!
