We were in gatlinburg trying to get home to Memphis, TN before the next day. Called and texted these sweet folks, and they were there within an hr with the parts and everything. This guy had our starter replaced and ready to go within an hr of start to finish! They did an amazing job! If you’re looking for someone to help you and prevent towing fees along the way as an added bonus look no further! They are extremely affordable some hood folks all around!

Excellent doing business with Banks Motorsports. I sent some info via text, and they took care of the rest. Their tech messaged me with info before, during, and after the repair. We got to enjoy our vacation time instead of waiting around because of a nail in our tire. Definitely recommend!

I called Johnny at Banks motorsports today my car was not working. I’m here on vacay with my family. On a whim I contacted them because they were the closest. I’m so glad I did. They sent Devon out and he didn’t make fun of me or anything. He tried to turn on the car and the fuel was just low. Then they both educated me (politely) on the importance of leaving your tank half full. Not running it down to 38 miles till E. Oops 😬. But he went out and got me some gas. The car worked beautifully! I know this is so silly but they came so fast, were so helpful, charged me far less than they should have, and were so very nice. I wish we had people like this where I live. Thank you!

showed up within the hour for non emergency to replace the main fuse in my 4Runner which requires taking out the whole fuse box. working in frigid temps. got the job done at a fair price! so glad i contacted banks motorsports, highly recommend.

Beware folks Initial response when I called was great. Came within a couple of days to look at my Yamaha side x side and spent about 7or 8 mins to tell me he thought the e-brake pads needed to be replaced . Got a quote for 98.98 for parts but said they would need to be ordered. The technician advised the service call was 140.00 but that would go toward the repair when he came back to repair and the 140.00 had to be paid by cash. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG. I paid by check because I didn't have cash. I have now given 3 chances for them to repair the machine as promised but every time they have scheduled to be here at 4:30 they have never shown up. I truly don't think these folks had any intention on doing the repair. After researching this guy I honestly think it's a scheme he is usin
