Banks Power

Well to start off I am a huge fan of gales you sir have done so many incredible and very productive things in the diesel performance and well all racing and performance industries. You guys continually leave everybody else standing there scratching their heads thinking how the hell does Gale keep coming up with these amazingly effective parts. So with that being said. I have recently purchased a pedal monster. We'll hell I guess it was five years ago or so. I bought it for my dad's 20 ram, anyway dad absolutely hated it in his h.o. cummins 3500. So it sat on my shelf for years and then I bought a 22 ram 2500 pig. Lol. So I put the pedal monster on it and it woke it up a lot. First of all I want to say how impressed I am with all the products I have installed on my 2022 F-350 (cold air intake, exhaust, pedal monster) they have been amazing and quite literally put a smile on my face. Secondly the customer service has been beyond amazing. Answering super fast and finding ways to do the right thing, after miss placing a bolt on my cold air I contacted them and they immediately jumped on it and sent me a replacement. I will continue to put Banks products on all my trucks and I plan to put more on my current one (differential cover, transmission cover (once released) and tuner) couldn’t have hoped for better products or service!

I placed my order on December 7th. Received a mass email in early January saying it will ship between Jan 15-30th. I called the “check on my order option” between Feb 6th-10th about 3 times waiting on hold for over a hr hoping to speak with someone… no response. Called to “place an order” on Feb 11th someone answered almost right away. I was polite and asked if I would be receiving my order soon and all that was communicated to me was “all December orders are going out by the end of next week” which is the 20th… I feel like I have been extremely patient. I’m in the military and I have an exercise to attend for a month on the 16th of Feb. So I won’t even be at my house to receive it and have to wait even longer to come back and then install it. I have never waited this long for a purchase

Wanted to extend my appreciation for Jay Tilles and Deniz Dalgic at Banks Power. Not only are Banks products second to none, their staff and customer service is amazing. They have been quick, methodical and helpful with anything I’ve ever needed, genuinely a pleasure to work with. Jay and Deniz are what every employer should dream of having, I hope those in charge see this and truly appreciate their effort!

I placed an order on 12/7/25 and it is now 2/12/26 and I haven’t received my order. There has been very little communication from Banks regarding my order, so I’m hoping this will get their attention. The last update I received was on 1/19/26 and it said my order would ship in 2-3 weeks. Okay, great. It’s been almost 4 additional weeks since then and I still have no idea when or if I will ever get my order. I know Banks is well known and reputable, but my experience has been anything but impressive thus far. I’d love to review the parts that I’ve ordered but I feel like I’ll never receive them. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this kind of lead time on orders and lack of communication but this is quickly approaching ridiculous. I just want my order in a reasonable time or a refund a
