Well experienced, they did a very friendly and professional work. The guy (Azmary Afghn) who works here, was awesom. He helped me and found the best set of tire for my vehicle. I had a great experience at their shop and I recommend it to everyone.Their prices are good and provide excellent auto and tire service.

I’ve been to this place once and had great service which made me come back. The 2nd time they sold me 2 used tires 1 tires had 2 plugs and a nail, the 2nd tire had a plug in which I was unaware of. In less than 24hrs I was stranded out Chesapeake (live out Hampton) with the tires down to the rim and had to get a coworker to pump my tires LITERALLY. He’s African and old school and only had an old school pump that you have to manually pump! I went back after working a 12 hr shift and the guy who was there stated they didn’t have any more tires for my SUV. I informed the guy that I was going somewhere to get me new tires and coming back with their tires and wanted a refund. I had to work the entire weekend pumping air in my tires before and after work because every place I called had to order

Hes the guy you want to go to for used tires if you don't want to get ripped off or given a crappy tire. Even the new helper guy they have at new shop is honest and helpful and you don't get that everywhere now a days

Bappi's was great. I visited about a month ago. Decent prices, helpful staff and they even offered to let me use his tools to repair a problem on my car because they didn't want me to be unsafe. Awesome service. 5 stars all day long.
