Broken down several hours from home on I55, just short of a police blockade. Service was amazingly quick and transported us to fantastic shop that replaced my vehicles alternator that afternoon. Was able to get my kid back to college and myself back home. Amazing service! Can’t thank enough!

I am super thankful for all the things they have done for me and my fiancé from towing my car when i lost the key to it at a job site to towing my dads truck back to my house. They are wonderful people very respectful and they will work with you. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that’s in need of help with towing things!!

We were coming through Springfield in the snow and not being familiar with the area ended up stuck on a median covered by snow. Many helpful people tried to help but then suddenly, out of nowhere, Barefoot Towing appeared—stopped their truck, and hooked up our car and pulled us out. No one had called them. They saw a need and came to the rescue! We asked what the charge was and they graciously said “whatever you think is fair.” We gave them the cash we had and then googled them so we could send more via cashapp because they really came through! I hope we don’t get stuck again in Springfield but if we do, they are the FIRST ones we’ll call. Excellent service, excellent people!

I absolutely love this family, professionally and personally! Even with them both feeling under the weather they drove to Decatur and dropped off my daughter’s vehicle in Springfield. Thank you Kristen and Garrett, you two are the best! Happy New Year to you and your family!

My truck and trailer got stuck in snow and mud. Even with slick icy roads they got me out easily. Company gives excellent personal service quickly. I recommend them. Plus they charged around half of other tow companies.
