Bargain Brakes & Mufflers

I was recommended this place because I needed to get a catalytic converter installed. They don’t take appointments, so I went in bright and early to get my car serviced. I was so impressed with how fast my car was done, and the great care they took of my car!! I was in for about an hour, and my car is noticeably running better.

my girlfriend and I went there on 2 ocassions... for a new muffler and then for rear shocks! they did a great job and gave a great price both times! I'm happy to say that we found our new mechanic! most importantly she feels comfortable to go there alone. she doesn't feel that they'll rip her off because she's a woman (we've had that at other mechanics) I suggest going there as early as possible because the line grows quickly... that should speak volumes on the kind of quality and price you get!

I used these guys quite a few times and was always happy. I took a personal car there to have an exhaust welded up in a few spots (it squeaks the forgot a spot that leaks whatever) that’s not why I’m upset. The manager Josh broke the carbon splitter on my car. I talked to the owner Chad who admitted it was broken at the shop. He told me “other than replacing it what can I do” offered me a few hundred dollars towards it. I own a small dealer a mile away. If I break a customers car it’s getting fixed period. I’m not sending customers here, not getting work done here ever again.

I'm having a great experience at Bargain Brakes and Mufflers here in Vineland thanks to Josh! He knows what he's talking about, helped me understand what condition my rotting muffler is in and gave me two different options to be able to tackle my problem! Considering he was trustworthy during my experience and was able to service me today, I chose the more thorough repair to value my time and their's the same. UPDATE! Car runs better than when I bought it!

I have been to Bargain Brakes and Mufflers twice: About a decade ago+, to have a the original flex pipe of a vehicle replaced. They did an excellent job. Then again, November 2025, same vehicle, the exhaust snapped, the pipe following the flex pipe. Did the same thing as before. Drove to Bargain Brakes and Mufflers to be there 0800. They reviewed the vehicle, quoted the repair, and replaced the flex pipe and the pipe following it. Bargain Brakes & Mufflers delivers old fashioned craftsmanship.
