The guy that runs it is great. Was the easiest process of renting a car and his prices are great. I would go back to him in a second the next time I needed to rent a car. I've even had to keep it longer than needed which was no problem at all. I highly suggest his company

My car broke down the day before a trip to visit family and my garage couldn’t get to it in time. In a panic on a Saturday afternoon, I called Bargain Rent-a-car and the employee working in Lawrence was SO KIND and helpful. He got me set up with a small SUV that was in great shape and I was on my way within two hours of my first time calling! Highly recommend. They made a stressful day much easier.

You have to read this , short story- we have had the breakdown of All breakdowns not just my personal work van but my wife's car ,in the shops for a total of about 3 1/2 months between the 2 . We needed a vehicle for my wife for her business etc ,and the big name rental car agencies wanted up to an unbelievable $180 per day, we ended up needing a car for several weeks, noo wayy, we found Caesar at bargain rent a car and he said he had 2 vehicles available of his entire fleet of 200 vehicles and would have it cleaned and ready for us when we arrived he does what he says and has nice people working very hard for him , great vehicles all at $59 a day 250 miles included, from small cars, suvs ,4 dr trucks, to really nice lg transport vans , several locations, this guy gets a big shout out grea

Cesar is friendly, helpful , and insightful. He will work with you. I would recommend him to friends and family. I will continue to do business with him and this company.

I’ve rented from Bargin rental car for many many years when the owner Cesar knew I was struggling living in a shelter he went out of his way to help me in anyway way possible so I could transport my special needs child to get his services he has gone way above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough when there’s was any problems with the cars I rented he would have the vehicle checked out and switch it out for another. The communication was always there anytime of day I still to this day refer my friends to him when it comes down to rentals
