Great I highly recommend renting a car from Cesar! If you just need a reliable, clean car to drive for a while, you can't beat Bargain. Cesar rents his cars for a fraction of the price of places like Enterprise. The cars are older, have a few dings but they are reliable cars. i rented last year from him for 6 weeks last year and 6 weeks this year after having some car issues. Cesar is just the nicest man and will work with you. He has various locations to pick up and return cars in the Merrimack Valley. You can pick up in one location and leave it at another location.
