They helped me get an emergency appointment so my truck could be looked at. Parts were ordered and they put me in a loaner car off the lot. There were some additional problems when the tech tried to repair so more parts were ordered. I feel they did everything by the book to the best of their ability. I appreciate them getting my truck back on the road and the excellent service they provided.

Everything went very good. John was very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. We took care of everything in 2 days and I left with my truck on that second day.
I wish the sales department and service department had separate review sections. Sales I would give 5 stars too, Service would be 0-1. I bought my truck from Steve W. at this dealer in September and I can’t say enough great things about my interactions with him and the team during that time. Steve was exceptional and made the process seamless. He was personable, knowledgeable, followed through, followed up, and made me feel welcomed but not pressured throughout the process.
