I worked with Cooper he was an absolute delight! I took my Yukon in after multiple attempts at other shops, all of which gave me a long list of “needed repairs,” took my money, and ultimately didn’t fix the problem. Barnes Auto was a completely different experience. They were extremely detailed, took the time to explain everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The team went above and beyond, working diligently to diagnose and resolve issues that other shops couldn’t figure out. In the end, they fixed every single issue. While they may be a bit pricier than some places, you truly get what you pay for—honesty, expertise, and quality work. They were able to quickly, efficiently, and honestly repair my car. They told me exactly what was wrong, charged me a fair price, and were done the same day. I have been a customer for Barnes for the past couple of years and I cannot recommend them enough. They are highly professional, efficient, thorough, and honest regarding maintenance timelines. As a single mom with two young children and zero expertise in anything related to the innerworkings of mechanics and automobiles, it is essential I have a repair shop I trust to keep my children safe while also not robbing me of of the limited funds I have available. I feel so confident each time I leave and my car is always in incredible shape.

My grandfather recently took his 1986 Ford F-150 and his 1998 Crown Victoria up here and he was completely satisfied with the service and the overall job they did on both vehicles. Both were brought up to standard, with the Crown Victoria now running like a brand-new car. For now, on, this is the only place he will be bringing his vehicles to get any work done on them.
