Barron Body Works

My experience with Barron Body Works was very disappointing due to poor workmanship and unprofessional service. Two years ago, they replaced my rear bumper. After a minor accident recently, the paint on that bumper immediately began chipping and peeling. When I returned, Ken gave me a cash estimate to repaint it but didn’t acknowledge the issue could stem from their original repair. Two other shops quickly confirmed the bumper hadn’t been prepped properly and needed replacement, advising me to check for warranty coverage. Only after pressing did he reluctantly admit it should be covered under warranty — yet he refused to provide documentation and became hostile when I asked again.
