Isaac failed my vehicle for tires, rotors, some inoperative lights, and a rusted exhaust hanger. I understand these are legitimate safety concerns, and I respect that he is required to follow state inspection guidelines. What I don’t understand is why, after all failed items were repaired, I was made to wait nearly a week just to have the inspection sticker applied. None of the failed items required the vehicle to be put back on a lift. The tires, rotors, lights, and even the exhaust hanger are all clearly visible with a simple visual inspection from ground level. Verifying the repairs would have taken only a few minutes. For what it’s worth, Isaac did allow me to see the car on the lift, which was actually a helpful and somewhat unique opportunity to inspect everything myself. I do app
