Can’t contact anyone by phone cause they keep the phones off the hook. Took my car to them and left it for three months and nothing was ever done to it. Would check in ever so often cause I wouldn’t hear anything and everytime I would show up it would be some excuse. “Oh I’m finishing this up and then your car is next” “I’m gonna try fixing this and see if that’s the problem” “just give me time” I should have knew they were a red flag when he told me to bring the car on a specific day and when I did he said he couldn’t get to it for about a week. Then why tell me to bring it in that day? Has five or six guys working at a time but three of them are constantly sitting on their butts in the office. Might be why they’re so backed up like they claim. Would not recommend

Great service. They are fair & did the working my car quickly. I will just let them know what's going on, drop it off in the am & pick it the next day

I stopped to help an elderly man change his tire. Needless to say his spare tire was no good. I went to Barry's Service Center and they found a tire that would work. They mounted it, balanced it, and loaded back in my vehicle. I was willing to pay for the tire, but was told because I was helping someone out they were too, so it was free.
