The worst... how do you wash your car without soap? vacuums work sometimes... and was charged $20 after I used only $6 worth of time( after I realized there was no soap)

I own an auto detailing shop in Denver CO and am up visiting for a few weeks. When visiting, I always struggle to find a good and well performing car wash to take care of my grandparents’ cars. Today, I saw that the car wash in Barryville finally reopened, so I decided to give it a try. It was so easy to use, obviously taken care of, very clean, and all of the chemicals and equipment performed excellently! I always hesitate to bring cars to car washes, but after seeing how well taken care of your location is, I couldn’t resist. I was very excited to see that the brush is boars hair, so it went very smoothly against the paint compared to the abrasive and damaged brushes at other locations.
