I have been taking my BMW here for the last several years. They came highly recommended from my community page. Which is a 40 min drive from the shop. Well worth the drive, they are honest, are very knowledgeable, and good turnaround time on work. My car is older, they dont make replacement parts for it anymore. They are clever and helped us figure out a solution to a problem we were having with unable to buy parts to fix. I will continue to bring my import car here. Thanks for all the hard work guys!

Eric was very helpful. He contacted VW dealer to check if my battery was still in warranty. He let me know I didn't need the transmission fluid change that was recommended by the dealership ( the reason I came in). Dealership would have charged me for a service that wasn't due for another 50,000 miles. They were able to find out why my check engine light was coming on ( battery). Repairs and maintenance were done much quicker than VW. He said he would be able to contact VW for me if I required dealership service. He recommended a better VW location to use.

Mike, Erik and the team are helpful, friendly and responsive. They were available to me, joined me in my car for a drive to hear 'the sound' I was hearing before reading the diagnostics, and clearly explained to me what was happening.
