My dad and I had the best experience at Basecamp! They’re family-owned and locally run, which really shows in how they treat people—no pushy sales tactics at all. I was able to search online and find a fifth wheel at a great price, then sent my dad in to see if it would be the right fit for him. Bud and Taylor took such great care of him and patiently answered all of his questions. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable—and Pops absolutely loved the Basecamp merch! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. We bought a 2020 Keystone Alpine. It is in excellent condition. The service we received was bar none 5 star. Skylar and Dan were awesome to deal with, and made the transaction exceptionally easy. After a terrible experience at camping world, being lied to, wasting a day to drive there and not find anything even close to what Basecamp had. I’m sorry I didn’t check local prior to wasting time at camping world.

We shopped at nearly every travel trailer business in Placer County, and nowhere compares to the customer service, quality of product and pricing that we found at Basecamp Rv. We had an amazing experience and have already started referring our friends. We are happy campers!
