He answered the phone promptly and came right away. I recommend him for any towing service, he has very fair prices compared to any other towing service around the area.
Jay was a huge help. He responded quickly early on a Sunday morning when my camper lost its wheel. He towed it to my house. He was amazing at unloading the camper. He really payed attention to the details when placing it on the street. He is great at his job!! He picked it up a few days later in Marengo, and towed it to Maple Park for a very reasonable rate. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness!! I highly recommend him!!
Excellent service and care to your vehicle. If you have a performance or lowered car or any car with a front splitter this is the guy to use!!! He was prompt to get to me, friendly and took care of my vehicle like it was his own and made sure no damage happened to my front splitter and bumper. 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a great tow service!
We were on our way to my father in laws 75th birthday and we got a flat. He came out, towed us, and got us a ride back home to get our other car. He gave a great price, was super friendly. He even came back to tow the car to a tire shop to fix the tire. I highly recommend using him.
such a great company and I had an amazing experience. as as a 20 yr old girl it can be common to feel scared or uncomfortable in these situations, but I truly felt so comfortable and taken care of during this frustrating time with a car that would not start in the freezing cold weather. He was fast to respond and made sure everything was well taken care of before leaving. Will definitely use this service again in the future. Could not recommend more!
