This was a few years back and somehow my original post is no longer available and honestly people need to know the truth. The unprofessional practices of this business and the complete disrespect I was given by no other than the owner, I had to re-post this to ensure no one is taken advantage of !! I came in to Bashlor's Automotive to have a front end alignment done after having installed a new front end on my 1995 Chevy Tahoe by a professional and certified mechanic (bushing, bearings, joints, shocks, control arms.....etc.). Shortly after dropping it off, I was given a call and told that I was going to need to have the 'punch outs' removed and there were quite a few parts that were going to need to be replaced in order to complete the alignment.????{ I was dumbfounded... considering the

My vehicle broke down on their property and I had to wait for my insurance to tow it to their repair shop. They were very nice about the whole situation.

Husband dropped off his truck weeks ago. Poor communication regarding repairs, even miscommunication. He went to pay for the repairs today and pick up his truck. His windshield is busted. Bashlors is claiming it came in like that. It absolutely didn’t. We are new to the area and we’re hoping to find a local place to use but instead this place called us liars and won’t take responsibility for his windshield. Next we are going to have the truck checked to see if they actually did the repairs they claim to have completed. We will file complaints with every one we can think of, starting with the state of Georgia's attorney generals consumer protection division. If this business has taken advantage of you I’d recommend you do the same.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I called to get a quote on a new Rack N pinion for my car and the lady said that a guy would call me right back. I waited 4 hours and no call so I called them back and the lady said “yes yes give me just one minute” I waited 8 minutes listening to static until I hung up. HORRIBLE, can’t even get a simple quote on a repair

Sorry to say, but this automotive shop is not about doing the job right the first time. I brought my mom's car in to have AC to get the cold air working again. It just gradually stopped blowing cold air. So they ordered new parts, AC Compressor kit with AC oil, gas, and a belt. $900 and then $750 in labor. Got car back and just didn't work like it did or consistently before. I Brought it back, they worked on it on the spot and sort of got it working, but not really. Then my 81 year old mom took car back in, then replaced a sensor, charged for the part, seems like it's working better...more like it was...but just off a little. My mom got attitude from the girl at the desk as well. So was the $60 dollar sensor all it needed, charged my mom $1,726.78 unnecessarily? Had another appointment
