Basic Auto

Fantastic experience, my hose clamp fell off of my intercooler on my 2016 Ford Focus ST and I called a couple shops in the area and they said they may be able to get it done by the end of the day. I called Richard and he asked me to come by so he could look at it. 30 minutes later he had a new hose clamp installed and I was on my way. Highly recommend, great prices as well unlike most shops who will charge you hundreds to fix something that can be done in 20 or 30 minutes.

Brought a truck for Rich to look at that I was interested in purchasing. He was very thorough and actually showed me everything he thought would need to be worked on soon. I ended up not getting a deal on the truck. He saved me thousands. Very nice guy and one of the few honest mechanics that I have run into. High recommended on me end!

We ran into Richard at advance auto and he offered to help when he heard my son mention he might not have the right tool..so right there in the parking lot my car got fixed after purchasing the part from the store..it was awesome he offered and finding out about his business is great! Door to door service is a good thing in today's world! He has my business for sure! Now I can get my oil changed and other things done on my car without the hassle of taking it somewhere..he was very knowlegdeable about the code I had on my car and it was fixed in no time. So happy we ran into him..thanks again Basic Auto Inc.!

I really had some serious repairs to get done in a time crunch and wanted them done correct for a affordable price. A friend refered him and I made a apt and that day it was done very friendly, honest , and breaks things down in a way if u dont know a lick about cars u can understand. Will use him again without a doubt!!
