Five Stars all around! Attentive, kind, value-driven and diligent. Thanks to their hard work, they were able to save me from having to take apart my dashboard in order to repair a coil on my air conditioning system. Their techs are well trained and efficient; they are in the business of getting you in and out with ease and friendly service. I waited for the repair in their office, which has wifi, fresh water and plenty of seating! Their kindness and family-run attention to detail has made me a client for life!

Had car taken here for diagnostics. They said the issue was low oil level starving the engine. Didnt make sense because I checked the oil before taking it here and it was between the marks(not near the lower mark but pretty much dead center). I let them change the oil and add some oil stabilizer. Got the car back and it ran fine for about 300 miles but now its having the same issues again so I went to check my oil level and found out they overfilled it. On the service invoice it says they found an oil change sticker suggesting it was overdue on an oil change by 10000 miles. I had the oil changed between the sticker they found and visiting here but it appears to me they hopped in the car, saw the sticker and said "thats the problem, its overdue on an oil change so it must be running out of

This is Terry Bowls, not my beloved husband Charlie, who passed away 3 weeks ago. We have been customers of Bass Tires for many years. For a couple of days, I had to get my car jump started and had to call AAA. They told me I needed a new battery that my was 7 years old, but he had cleaned it off and it should should start the next day. I had plans to clean out a storage unit we have had for 8 years. The next morning, I had to get my car jump started. Got to the storage units, which were very close to Bass Tire, and started cleaning out the unit. I needed to go somewhere and guess what, my car would not start. I was crying and called Aaron at Bass Tire and told him my situation and he said to get it jumped off and they would be waiting for me and put me a new battery in while I wa

As a woman, I really appreciate how honest, upfront, and quick the team at Bass Tire is. It can be hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but they made the whole process easy and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, gave me fair pricing, and got my car taken care of fast. I’ll definitely keep coming back—thank you for the great service!

Words cannot express how much I love this place and the people there. I trust them wholeheartedly with my car, and they offer (by far) the best customer service of any business I’ve visited—ever. My car needed extensive work and took longer than expected, and I had an important errand I needed to run. My car wasn’t quite ready yet, so they drove me to where I needed to be and picked me up afterwards. How incredible! Something they did not have to do, but they chose to. And words can’t express how thankful I was for that. What an incredible business. Oh, and my car drives like butter now.
