Don't believe the "we have been trying ti get ahold of you" response they will no doubt put on this. Its nonsense. I work and answer the phone. The one time they tried was two months after I called and they assumed it was fixed I am sure. Worst customer service. They give you a warranty and just refuse to return your call--see problem solved they just pretend you don't exist. The car they sold me has issue after issue that was supposed to be partially covered but like I said they just ignore you. I first called almost six months ago and have called from different numbers since. They don't answer and screen calls. I have made every payment and did everything asked. You may as well just go somewhere else or don't say you were not warbwd.

Found them actually through Facebook and I am so glad that I did. Cassi is an amazing person as well as a miracle worker, was able to get me in to look at a truck and to do a test drive, even while it was raining! She along with the loan office that they use are both amazing and helped out this woman right here when I needed it the most. Lets just say 2 people, 4 jobs with one going to school and only 1 car things were tight to say the least. I love my truck and I can see me using it for a long while, at least until I see myself needing an upgrade ^_~ The night after I got my truck I was leaving my second job and I noticed that only half of my dash lights were working, I took a picture of it and sent it to Cassi, she responded within the hour saying how sorry she was that she didn't notice

I had a very great experience with AJ got me approved when no one else could got an amazing car at reasonable price and they take care of any issues that may arrive shortly after purchase. I couldn’t be more happy with the amazing job AJ did for me and thank you. Then I had to turn the car back in less than 60 days later as the car had a leak from the time I got it 5 times in and they still couldn’t fix it. Had my brakes grinding and they said they fixed it and then next think you know my brakes are grinding again almost went out just made it back from trip to Chicago and my engine was ready to blow per the tow company. Let’s just say my review went from 5 star to 1 after all this

6 months after buying my car from them I started to have some issues with my AWD system. Luckily, Bastian’s Autos purchasing contract included a warranty. I let them know and they got me into their shop just days later for a diagnosis and immediately got to work on utilizing my warranty and getting my repairs approved. Some custom parts had to be ordered but as soon as they were in I was notified and they got it handled right away. The process was smooth and speedy. I've never had such a pleasant experience with a car dealer before! If you are going to buy a vehicle, you should consider getting it from here!

Ken was awesome! I was looking for a car that was dependable and in my budget. I am in the process of rebuilding my credit, so it is not currently the greatest. I had been to other dealerships who kept trying to put me into vehicles that were well out of my price range, despite me being very forthcoming with what I could afford. Within less than two days Ken found me a vehicle that was reliable and fit my budget perfectly. The process was simple, with most of it being done over the phone, email, and/or text messages. When I went into the office to test drive, sign papers, and complete the purchase of the vehicle, I was there less than an hour. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from an honest establishment that genuinely wants to meet the need
