My 2018 Outback's battery died in the subzero weather. Steve and the team at Batavia Avenue Mobil had me going in a very short time. I am a long-time customer and can always count on excellent service from Stan Oke and his staff.

My car was overheating so I setup the appointment/tow through Alex for a Monday morning. Spoke with Steve on Monday to add an oil change/tire rotation to my order. My car was assigned to Nick, who was able to diagnose the problem, make the repairs plus the oil change/tire rotation in around 3 hours. Nick phoned me to explain the problem and the repairs. Back in my car before noon. Just the latest that the Batavia Mobile Avenue team has helped. Highly recommend them for all your automotive maintenance/repair needs if you live in the Tri-city area.

This time it was a flat tire. They evaluated the situation promptly (puncture, need new tire), put the spare on, made it convenient for me to come in for the new one. They’ve worked on our cars multiple times and always do good service. Highly recommend.
