Bates Automotive Services

I took my Lexus RX350 to Bates Automotive because of all the great reviews I read online. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance). I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist. My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint. He took his time to get it just right and I am thrilled with the results. I'll be sure to refer him to anyone else I know who needs body and paint work. Thanks Gary!
