I went in and they did the job efficiently and quickly. Praise God for good people here! I would have never got it done without them.

Took my new used truck there to have the windshield leak fixed. Charged me $80, said they would remove my windshield, they weren't reliable if it broke, and reinstall it correctly. They caulked a tube of urethane, shoved the trim back on and it looks like straight dookie. I understand my truck isn't a newer vehicle but where's the pride in your work?... I do plan on giving this truck a new paintjob. Prior to knowing that this was where my coworker took this truck to begin with I wouldn't have came here. So, because of the leak he wasn't able to fix due working out of town, the carpet is molded, and the seats themselves need to be replaced due to rust and mold. Batesville Glass is usually better than this. My dad took his motorcycle mirror up there 10 days ago, a simple 4x5 piece of glass to be replaced in the frame. 10 days! It takes what, 15 -20 minutes tops. But this place has put my dad off, told him by Monday, then told him Wednesday, then told him by the weekend, then Monday again. Now here it is tomorrow makes 11 days and they haven't touched it. I guess it's not a high-paying job, so nobody wants to mess with it. Well that just makes somebody feel like they're lost in the cracks. Like they're not important.
