Robert the manager went above and beyond! I’m a local store manager and my battery was cooked and couldn’t start it and with work being hard to get in somewhere. He not only helped me with my purchase he came to my work and installed it for me in the parking lot!!! Not only that snowing like crazy and windy and he knocked it out in 20 min. Companies and employees like this that make you a lifetime customer! Will never purchase a battery anywhere else! Thank you again from one manager to another!
Oh my God every time I come into this place the people are so nice and so helpful. Love the storebrand batteries, but the customer service here is excellent thank you all for doing such a great job and having such a great product.
