Batteries Plus came in clutch for me. I had been trying to track down a motorcycle battery at several different places and no one was able to help me. Then I called Batteries Plus and all my problems disappeared. The BP Rep, John, answered the phone right away and was able to locate my battery within minutes. I drove right over and picked it up with no worries or wait. I am highly satisfied with the service I received at this location. And shout out to John for being so helpful!
I went to this store yesterday and the service was exceptional. I had to replace two large batteries to my kids 4-wheelers. Initially, I was only going to replace one but once I saw what it took to remove the battery from the casing and the soldering (Which they did without an additional cost), I brought in the second battery. Extremely greatful for their help and my kids are happy to be able to ride their quads again.
These guys were tremendously helpful with recycling some 8 ft florescent bulbs. Honest, helpful, and I'll go back next time I need specialty stuff.
