Just got my battery changed, while they didn’t have the initial one I bought the employee was incredibly professional and helpful with installing an alternative that worked for my car. Whole process only took about 15 minutes! But yeah the service was good enough I felt compelled to leave a positive review

Ordered a car battery online and went today to get it. I spoke to a bunch of associates on the phone before I did the purchase and they were all really helpful! When I got there this afternoon the two guys working were really kind and installed my battery for me. It was all quick and easy, and I'm never going to NTB again. Thanks guys, made my life super easy. (Hopefully they turn down the bird calls, that is crazy loud)

I went to BP Scarborough early today. I needed 2 key fob batteries. I had received a text to get 15% off, but could not find it. The clerk,(I wish I had his name). Was so helpful and allowed me to use the 15% off coupon anyway. He was so polite and sweet I I have always gone to that store for my needs and will continue!! Thanks for making me feel special!

Dead car battery in single degree weather in my daughter-in-law’s vehicle. Jackson was alone in the store due to other employees calling off work. Yet he was able to replace vehicle’s battery while balancing other customer service needs and all the while with a pleasant, positive attitude. It was his 5th car battery replacement in 5 degree weather and in the first 2-3 hours of his day. I would return to this store solely based upon Jackson’s attitude and customer service. He is a very positive ambassador for your business and an excellent representative of your brand.

Company called me today to cancel an appointment I made for a phone screen replacement. Very annoying, because they could have called me yesterday to let me know, not the day of the appointment, hours before. The guy who called suggested I go to UBreakIFix instead to fix my phone and said that my phone insurance should be able to cover the appt there. After contacting my insurance company, I found out that they would not cover the same service with UBreakIFix. The guy on the phone, was nice, which is why I left 2 stars. But my annoyance wants me to leave 1. He mentioned this has been a recurring issue for their business. Well, if that's the case, please call the appropriate parties and fix it so it doesn't happen again and inconvenience more customers.
