😎I had the best experience in my life purchasing a battery at Batteries Plus+ Ryan who helped me was Totally awesome. Ryan is so very professional, knowledgeable and extremely Friendly. The entire experience from walking into the store and out, battery installed had to be less then 15 minutes min. I called Batteries plus to check prices and options and Ryan gave me the info. INSTANTLY with an Awesome attitude. I chose the battery we came up with and told Ryan I would be up shortly and pick it up. When I walked in the door my battery was on the counter waiting for me. That is The Best Customer Service You can have. Every time I have bought batteries from Batteries Plus+ it's been a Great Experience! 😎

Exceptional service at the Batteries Plus on Battleground Ave. John, the manager, went above and beyond helping my dad with a battery issue. He was not only knowledgeable, but genuinely kind, patient, and personal, which meant so much to our family. Brad, the franchise owner, also stepped in to help and clearly sets the tone for outstanding customer care. This store is truly customer focused. Highly recommend.

In a world where customer service has dropped off tremendously, this store excels! The knowledge of batteries going in my boat was tremendous and quite honestly unexpected. The gentleman coached me by asking how many units and transducers I was running… Wow! We spoke about benefits of lithium over AGM and what my needs were. Not very often you spend $500+ on a “maintenance” item and feel good about the transaction. It’s not about the cost of the product, your buying the customer service, the performance of that item, and the warranty that backs that performance. The best kind of sale is when your customer feels like they are not being sold to, but educated on what to purchase. I hate I do not remember the gentleman’s first name but in our conversation he joked how his last name sound

I've used this location multiple times. The batteries are top notch and have good warranties. The knowledge of the staff and their customer service always exceeds expectation. I brought my diesel truck in on a cold, wet, snowy day and the associate changed both batteries without hesitation and was courteous the entire time. He also went above and beyond making sure the terminals were clean.

Fantastic staff and support, went to get two keys programmed, and had to go through quite a bit of trial and error before getting the correct keys cut and programmed. Throughout the whole process, Brittany and the other staff members were repeatedly helpful and courteous, even through the tedium of trying out 2 separate key fobs to find one that worked for us. Thanks!
