Was here yesterday to have my iPhone screen repaired. The staff was very kind and very helpful. The repair is outstanding, excellent quality. Highly recommend this store!

I was in this location today, staff needs professional training. The worker kept his eyes on his screen, never looked up when i entered the store, literally ignored me for a few minutes and then asked how he could help me. I should have walked out the door. He told me where it should be if they had what I needed. Professional training needed or find another job.

I purchased a X2 Power Lithium Battery and man this battery is amazing! Weighing in at only 2lbs I had to check the box to make sure the battery was in it. I also purchased the X2 Power Battery Charger and it also works flawlessly. The employees at Batteries Plus are always friendly and willing to answer any questions/concerns I have, which is why I always buy my motorcycle and atv batteries here and will continue to do business here for many more years.
