Batteries Plus

I never write reviews but had to tell everyone what a great customer service experience my daughter and I had at batteries plus today. We went in to get batteries for 3 key fobs. They replaced all 3 told us about the lifetime warranty (which is a great deal, wish I would have known this a couple years ago when I had the batteries replaced) and we went in our way. We got back to my daughters house and the fobs would still not work, headed back to batteries plus thinking we may need a certain type of battery, Sarah offered to change them again but said if that doesn’t work come back and we will figure it out. Well, it didn’t work, she got in her car and drove over to my daughter’s house with the battery tester. After crawling thru the back seat to pop the trunk open she discovered the b

Super helpful and very friendly staff! I used the website to order a key I needed. It inadvertantly directed me in the wrong direction and the key I ordered was not the correct one. HOWEVER the two individuals working last night were super friendly, and able to get the correct key ordered and made what could have been a terrible experience very awesome! From speaking with them, they recommend calling the store for assistance, but as friendly as Ryan (and I unfortunately did not get the females name) were I can only imagine they would be as helpful and pleasant on the phone. Definitely looking forward to continuing to use Batteries+Bulbs for all such needs.

Paid to have the battery in my iPhone replaced, when I got home I tried to use my phone camera and there were bubbles behind the lens, by the next day the bubbles had dried but left a film that shows up in the pictures. I called the store and was told to bring it back in for them to fix it, I drove an hour to get there only to be told that it couldn’t possibly have been them who messed up my camera and they won’t do anything unless I pay them to replace my camera. I will be taking my phone somewhere less shady to fix what they did

Quick service, great prices. Had to bring in my vehicle's key fobs: boy are they getting complicated to replace a battery for! I am amazed at what I saw in stock, and what else you can fix. I'll be back with my apple watch.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, not to mention accepting <3. I'd been stressing out about potentially needing to get a new phone because of a bad charging port and they fixed my problem almost instantly; not only that, but it ended up being such a simple fix that they didn't even charge me! I honestly left *wishing* that I could give them money lol
