I never knew such superior Customer Service existed until I stepped into this place to get my phone fixed. The young man was so kind and extremely helpful. It literally blew my mind. I was so impressed that I had to call the owner and let him know how wonderful I was treated in this location. I didn’t know that they even fixed phones, but to my surprise they did and did an exceptional job! The guy that helped me refused to even go home until he finished my phone. Robert assisted us with getting a battery we ran in here for a simple battery for a Hyundai sonata, needed to get the one we had checked out. Was very quick to get us taken care of while providing very positive and good customer service.

It's rare that an establishment makes me want to run to Google Reviews to leave a comment, but that was the exact outcome of my interaction with Batteries Plus on 9th Ave. I ordered a replacement battery for my Dyson vacuum through Batteries Plus. There are roughly 8 gazillion batteries available for Dyson vacuums (or so it seems to this battery novice,) so I needed some professionals to point me in the right direction. The store manager, David, found the right one for me, Wilmer ordered it to drop ship to my house, and we all went about our lives. Through no fault of Battery Plus, the shipper delivered it somewhere OTHER than my house. I called David, and he was immediately on the case with a replacement which arrived shortly thereafter.
