Batteries Plus

Buyer beware!!!! DONT BUY BATTERIES PLUS BATTERIES! They’re junk and not dependable! I bought a batteries plus battery 3 years ago and started having trouble with it in the 2nd year not holding a charge. I called the shop several times telling them it was dead again. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I charged it up 3 times and it would never hold a charge. Called yesterday 2/5/26 they told me it was 11 days out of warranty. Drew was rude and wouldn’t work with me on getting it down there to see what was wrong with it. No sorry I can’t help you. You can come down and buy another battery and take it home and install it he said. I’m 68 years old and Drew wants me to take the battery out and bring it to him. Then trap me in buying another one to get home. WHAT A SCAM DRE

Went in for a screen replacement was supposed to take about 2 hours. Came to pick up phone and something else was broken on it that I was left with no phone until replacement part came in. Took a week for part to come in and this whole time without a phone or a temp phone. Replace part and still didn't work. Had to wait another week till I got a replacement phone. In the end got a replacement and couldn't go home to let everything transfer had to stay in store since they wanted to exchange. Nothing was good about this experience wouldn't use them again for service on any phone.

Jon was the hero of Christmas- our sons go kart was broken down and he knew exactly what it was and had it fixed within a couple of hours-soldering and all! Thank you Jon for the exceptional customer service!

This place is a full service battery shop

Bought motorcycle battery for $159.00. Asked representative if battery was fully charged and was told it was ready to go, charging not needed. Installed in motorcycle and would not crank engine. Tested voltage =11.35V. Needed to charge battery for 2 hours. Representative should have tested this battery and then charged it, especially because I asked.
