Batteries Plus

I called to ask about replacing the battery in one of my vehicle keys. Dustyn answered the phone and was very professional and knowledgeable. After I came into the store, he quickly diagnosed that the issue wasn’t the battery and that the key itself needs to be replaced. I didn’t replace it right now and will have to address it later, but I was impressed with his excellent customer service. He was honest and upfront about my situation. Because of the professionalism and integrity he showed, I would definitely come back here again and recommend this business to others.

So convenient. I ordered on line in the evening and could send someone else to pickup the next day. The price was fair. Product was a battery for a 1991 Miata.

Reserved a key fob to be programmed. We got there 15 min before closing due to holiday traffic. Both gentlemen working (12/20) were reluctant to help us. One of them brought the programmer out to the car, and was unsuccessful at programing the fob 3 separate times. Said there was another machine they could try, but that it's slow and would take awhile. He went inside, came out, and used the excuse that now that machine wasn't charged. Total waste of time, both employees were rude, inexperienced, and frankly lazy. The only reason we came to this location was they had to correct fob, but we will never be back & will go to our normal location in Roseville.

The store seems clean. There were a couple of employees, and 3 customers before me and a few behind. The employees seemed to be very concerned with their needs. They even were helping a customer put a car battery in to make sure it worked.. Very patient and helpful. I came in to pick up some batteries for a little laser I have. They needed to be extracated with a little Allen wrench. The employees had name tags, Joe & Anthony were on duty. The wait was 10 minutes or so. There was nice music playing, so it wasn't a bad wait. Anthony helped me. He Was great. He found what i needed in no time after he helped me remove the batteries. I will be back. Very customer oriented and friendly! Great job, Batteries Plus Bulbs ! Prices seemed a little high, all in all good experience. 4.3 stars
