Batteries Plus

Called and asked if I could buy a battery for my phone so I could fix it. As I was sent the wrong one, and just need the battery to complete the repair. The guy on the phone called me dumb. Apparently he’s the only one on earth capable of repairing a phone properly.

Automotive batteries that they sell here work well, and it’s an easy process to purchase them. Their website is excellent identifying which battery your car needs. All you have to do is put your license plate number in. They’re always very friendly and helpful when you stop by the store to pick up the battery. They carry it to your car for you. I received an 18% discount on the website for allowing them to contact me by text and email.

Got to say I was very happy when I went in and picked up the batteries to run one of our hoof trimming chutes the other evening. The guy that helped me out was great! A little small to help pick up the great big batteries, they weigh as much as he did, but he made the purchase super easy and with our commercial account saved a lot of money.

Customer service is always great but prices are way too high.

Usually has what I need. Years ago my wife gave me a very nice watch. When the battery went, unlike my usual $7 watches I repair with a Dollar Tree battery, I couldn't do it myself. By this time our only watch repairman had retired. I expected to pay plenty for replacement of an odd battery, but for $15, I now have lifetime free replacement! Wish I'd do this sooner.
